All orders are sent from our USA warehouse located in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania. Affordable shipping costs are provided by our shipping courier, USPS (United States Postal Service). All orders will include complimentary tracking information.

Cancellations and Returns
There is a 100% money back guarantee or exchange if there is any issues with your jewelry in the first 30 days. Simply send us an email with a description of the issue and photograph of the jewelry and our support team will process the exchange/return.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can cancel within 3 hours of placing your order and receive a full refund. Since these products are made-to-order and customized using your photos, there is a 20% customization fee built into your purchase. If you need to cancel your order after the 3 hours, our support team will check if your order has already started the customization process. If it has, we will refund the entire cost of your purchase, minus the 20% customization fee.urchase, minus this 12$ fee.
